THE 11TH ANNUAL BACK PORCH FESTIVAL MARCH 7-9

Signature Sounds Presents and The Parlor Room Collective are pleased to announce this year's schedule for the Back Porch Festival. Venues and show times can be found at www.backporchfest.com/schedule. The Back Porch Festival's successful expanded format debuted in 2023, bringing more than sixty bands to 10+ diverse venues in downtown Northampton, MA. Back Porch is the only multi-day festival to take place this winter in New England.

The Back Porch Festival kicks off with an all-star tribute to Neil Young on Friday, March 7 at the Academy Of Music. Past songwriter nights have paid tribute to legends like Willie Nelson, Townes Van Zandt, Dolly Parton, and John Prine. Guest artists will be announced soon.

March 8th is The Back Porch Bluegrass Spectacular with The Travelin' McCourys, an acclaimed quintet taking traditional bluegrass and carving innovative pathways into 21st century music, The Sam Grisman Project paying tribute to the musical legacy of Sam's father David Grisman & Jerry Garcia, and East Grass Nash , about who Jerry Douglas said, "Out of the Wilds of East Nashville came this band of ringers, each of them playing in national high profile Bluegrass bands. The sound they make when they play together rivals that of any of their main gigs. Who knows, but I heard them as a finely tuned machine that could survive on its own. The National high profilers better hang on tight! East Nash Grass is on the move.”

March 9th brings Lucinda Williams to The Academy of Music deemed “… an American treasure, one of our most reliably gifted and original singer-songwriters.” by Relix Magazine. Fantastic Cat opens the show.
